Knight worked with Mastercard’s Global Inclusion team to expand and build on their work to create meaningful connections, inspire acceptance and cultivate a culture where everyone belongs. That became the foundation for broader culture work, including developing Mastercard’s EVP, company purpose and integration into the employee journey—from hire to retire.
