How culture and inclusion became the centerpiece of a global company.
Mastercard is dedicated to an inclusive culture, believing differences enable a better team. Knight worked with Mastercard’s Global Inclusion team to expand and build on their work to create meaningful connections, inspire acceptance and cultivate a culture where everyone belongs. That became the foundation for broader culture work, including developing Mastercard’s EVP, company purpose and integration into the employee journey—from hire to retire.
Our culture and inclusion work was a focal point at Mastercard's annual Leadership Summit, where the company's top leaders engaged with our custom interactive display and made a personal commitment to cultivate a culture of decency and belonging.

Our work with Global Inclusion led to the creation of a broader EVP and employer brand campaign.
We worked with Mastercard's brand team to extend the iconic circles into quote bubbles, which would house a people story series. This became a centerpiece for the career site, Life@Mastercard Employee Benefits Guide and influenced Learning and Development initiatives and new benefit launches.

We hosted Global Inclusion's annual summits—educating, inspiring and impacting Mastercard's Global BRG Leads.
As architects of the strategy and creative, we refreshed Mastercard's Career and Global Inclusion online content and experience.

Our work with Mastercard's Global Inclusion and Employer Brand gave us the opportunity to author the company's Purpose Manifesto—the backbone of who they are and what they believe.

We refreshed every critical touchpoint, from onboarding to talent development.

After taking Mastercard from Inclusion to Belonging, we integrated the message and experience externally, from an interactive experience with more than 100 of the largest companies at Inclusion ’19 in Zurich to powerful print ads that demonstrated Mastercard's commitment to challenging the status quo.
